Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Assess student needs and develop personalized tutoring plans that align with their academic objectives.
Provide one-on-one or small group instruction in designated subjects, focusing on areas where students need the most support.
Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that encourage participation and retention.
Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods and materials as needed.
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance and areas for improvement.
Encourage and motivate students to build confidence and foster a love for learning.
Stay updated on educational trends and resources to enhance tutoring effectiveness.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve your instructional skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, a specific subject area, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Tutor or in a teaching role.
Strong understanding of pedagogical techniques and different learning styles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
