Job Description: ZamBiz Solutions is seeking a skilled Urban Planner to develop and implement plans for land use, urban infrastructure, and community development projects that enhance the functionality and sustainability of urban spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive plans and programs for land use in urban areas.
• Analyze and interpret demographic and socio-economic data to inform planning decisions.
• Consult with stakeholders, including government officials, community members, and developers.
• Prepare and present planning proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of urban development projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or related field.
• Professional certification or membership with a relevant planning organization is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of urban planning principles and practices.
• Proficiency in planning software and GIS tools.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Education:
