Job Description: We are looking for a User Experience (UX) Designer to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will be skilled in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design to optimize the usability and satisfaction of digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and behaviors.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces.
• Collaborate with product teams to define user personas and create design solutions.
• Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Ensure designs are user-friendly, accessible, and meet business goals.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of usability testing and user research methods.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in UX/UI design.
