Job Title: USSD Startup Intrapreneur
Location: Based in Lusaka (with frequent travel across Zambia)
Good Nature Agro (GNA) is a fast growing seed and commodity producer that places the farmer at the center of every product and decision. Having worked with over 30,000 farmers under an outgrower model so far. We help farmers grow their business: all farmers – small, emerging and commercial.
We’re seeking a USSD Startup Intrapreneur to lead the development and optimization of our USSD platform aimed at serving over 100,000 farmers monthly. You’ll strategically lead the platform’s direction, obsessively gather feedback, drive user acquisition and conversion, enhance our brand image, collaborate cross-functionally, manage the financial performance, oversee a call center team, and take on everything needed to make this new program a success.
Qualifications:
● Experience starting a business is a must
● Familiarity with the target market – smallholder farmers is also a must
● Experience working in agriculture and/or customer service is highly desirable
● Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
