The Opportunity:
Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? Our client is currently seeking motivated Customer Activation Officers to join their team. As a Customer Activation Officer, you will play a crucial role in expanding the client base and driving business growth for B2B households. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving industry and contribute to the success of our client’s business. You will be placed at one of the refilling centers/ outlet in Lusaka and be responsible for recruitment of new customers (new activations) and sales of LPG gas.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients within the designated territory to expand the customer base (this will require various approaches including open campaigns as well as house to house campaigns).

Conduct sales pitches and presentations to promote the benefits of our client’s LPG products and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The Opportunity:
Are you detail-oriented and organized with a background in administrative and accounting tasks? Our client is currently seeking motivated Administrative Assistants to join their team at various Sales Centers. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales operations by handling tasks such as receipting funds from clients and entering sales amounts into the system. You will be stationed at one of the refilling centers/ outlets in Lusaka.
Key Responsibilities:

Receipt funds from clients and ensure accurate record-keeping of transactions.

Enter sales amounts into the system and maintain up-to-date records of sales activities.

Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reconciling inventory records.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports and assisting with customer inquiries.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in administrative and accounting-related roles preferred.
