JOB DETAILS:
Applications are invited from suitably qualified, mature and experienced people to fill the above-mentioned position that has arisen.
With a dual reporting structure to the General Manager – Vegetables Northern Cluster and the Commercial Director – SCZ International Limited, the incumbent will be responsible for managing and ensuring the achievement of vegetables profitable sales according to budgeted volumes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Plans and implement timely sales and marketing activities in order to meet company targets for retention growth and profitability
• Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the Vegetables Unit
• Advise farmers on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of a selling business
• Direct and coordinate country vegetables sales and marketing functions
• Select and manage external agencies
• Plan, forecast, reports on sales, costs and business performance, according to company requirements
• Draw up departmental budgets, monitor and control expenditure

Desired Skills/Competencies
• BSc in Agriculture Management or BSc in Sales and Marketing
• 5 years of Management experience in Sales and Marketing
• 2 years’ experience in Seed industry.
• Member of the Agriculture Institute of Zambia
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
