Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vehicle Sales Consultant at ACTION AUTO – ISUZU ZAMBIA HQ located in Lusaka Province, Zambia. The Vehicle Sales Consultant will be responsible for sales consulting, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, providing excellent customer service, and offering consulting services to customers.

Qualifications

• Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Effective communication skills with good command of Microsoft Office
• Extensive Knowledge of the Zambian Automotive industry and vehicles
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to work in a team
• Previous sales experience is preferred with at least 5+ Years experience in the Zambian New Motor Vehicle Industry
• Degree or diploma in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field
• A valid Driver’s license with experience in driving manual transmission vehicles
• Be able to begin immediately or at least within 2 weeks of acceptance of offer of employment
