Job Description :

As the Cake Market College Vendors Network Coordinator, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and management of a vibrant vendors network comprised of small businesses in the baking and confectionery industry accros all our three campus situated in Chipata Kitwe & Lusaka.

Your primary focus will be on enhancing marketing, branding, and distribution strategies to enable network members to yield higher profits collectively.

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Identify and recruit small businesses in the baking and confectionery industry to join the Cake Market College vendors network.

✅
Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of network members.

✅ Coordinate distribution channels and logistics to optimize product reach and accessibility for network members.

✅Facilitate collaboration and knowledge-sharing among network members to foster growth and innovation.

✅ Provide ongoing support and mentorship to network members to help them overcome challenges and achieve their business goals.

✅Monitor and evaluate the performance of the vendors network, identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion.

✅Collaborate with internal teams at Cake Market College to align vendors network initiatives with overall organizational objectives.

Qualifications :

✅Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business
Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

✅ Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the food industry.

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

✅ Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

✅ Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

✅ Familiarity with the baking and confectionery industry and a passion for supporting small businesses.
