Job Description:
Egan is seeking a Vocational Instructor to provide hands-on training and instruction in vocational skills. The Vocational Instructor will develop and deliver practical training programs to prepare students for various trades and careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver vocational training programs in specific trades or skills
- Develop instructional materials and assessments
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide feedback
- Maintain training equipment and resources
- Collaborate with industry professionals to ensure relevant training
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Vocational Training or related field
- Proven experience as a Vocational Instructor or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of vocational skills and training methods
- Excellent communication and instructional skills
- Proficiency in educational tools and MS Office
