Position Overview:
The Waiter will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, courteous, and professional service. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer guest questions about food and beverages
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and efficiently, maintaining high service standardsEnsure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout the service
• Handle guest complaints or requests with poise and professionalism
• Process bills and handle payment transactions accurately
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, wine selections, and daily specials

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a waiter in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, well-groomed, and professional demeanor
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of food and wine service etiquette
• Team player with a positive attitude
