Job Description:
Mapalo Holdings is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidates will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience:

• 1-2 years experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
