About Us:

We are looking for a Warehouse Audit Supervisor to join our team in Lusaka. This position requires a highly detail-oriented individual with relevant experience in warehouse operations and inventory audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits of warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
• Monitor and verify stock movements (inbound and outbound).
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain audit trails for all stock activities.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper documentation and processes are followed.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
• Support implementation of inventory management best practices.

Qualifications & Educational Background:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certifications in auditing or inventory management will be an added advantage.

Skills & Attributes Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse audit or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and stock management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems).
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
