We are looking to recruit a
Warehouse Checker
for our client in the Milling Industry to be responsible for checking, processing, examining products to be received/released from assigned warehouse and those to be loaded/offloaded onto/off delivery vehicles ensuring they are accurate in number and quantities. Your primary role as a Warehouse Checker is to ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipments are correctly accounted for. You will inspect goods for damage or defects, maintain detailed inventory records, and coordinate with our team to optimize workflow. This role demands a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in various tools and technologies for inventory tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

Ensure to manage and supervise staff engaged in the loading/offloading of received/released products from assigned warehouse and those to be loaded/off loaded onto/off delivery trucks.

Ensure to maintain accurate inventory stock reconciliations of both received/released products at the assigned location.

Check and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.

Inspire incoming goods for damage or defects, reporting any discrepancies immediately.

Maintain detailed records of inventory, ensuring real-time accuracy.

Coordinate with other warehouse staff to optimize workflow and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Use tools and technologies to track and report inventory levels, assisting in making logistical decisions.
Qualifications

A full grade (12) School Certificate
-
Certificate in a Business Management related field added advantage
-
At least (3) years previous work experience in such a similar role and with excellent supervisory and a counting skills.
