Job Description:
Chikondi Capital is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of the warehouse. The Warehouse Manager will ensure the efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and standards.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff and provide training as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and software.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in warehouse management.
