Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Lusaka. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing staff, inventory, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations.
• Manage and train warehouse staff.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in warehouse management.
