JOB OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Mazabuka. The successful candidate will oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving storing and dispatching of goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse.

Livestock Services is the leading supplier of inputs for both livestock & crop farming in Zambia. The central objective of the organization is to provide a wide range of products to assist in cost effective production to both large & small-scale farmers. In addition, Livestock Services provides free advisory services to famers in a variety of farming activities including dairy, aquaculture, agronomy, fencing, irrigation, animal health & other related agricultural activities.
Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Mazabuka
Department: Operations – Warehouse
Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations: Oversee offloading, storage allocation, data entry in SAP, warehouse cleanliness, and stocktaking.

Inventory Management Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory audits, manage expiry dates, and ensure document accuracy.

Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety procedures, secure the warehouse, and adhere to company policies.

Process Improvement Suggest efficiency improvements and maintain product layout consistency.

People Management Plan work schedules, evaluate performance, conduct staff meetings, provide training, and recognize good performance.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.

Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and inventory management software like SAP.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
