About the role
The Warranty Services Assistant will support the Repair Services Coordinator in the execution of warranty functions.
Duties and Responsibilities

Liaise with the Repair Services Coordinator to manage and track inventory through weekly stock take.

Liaise with the Repair Services Coordinator to ensure spare parts received from production are thoroughly inspected, counted, and transferred in ERP.

Manage and track inventory through weekly stock take.

Liaise with the Repair Service coordinator to ensure all countries are restocked with parts.

Assist in tracking warranty parts dispatched to repair stations through ERP and Excel

Assist in tracking consumption of inventory through service orders.

Maintain records of all warranty expenses for reporting purposes.

Establish and maintain communication with service station personnel.

Provide initial and ongoing training on product repair to service station personnel.

Liaise with the Repair Service Coordinator to onboard new service stations.

Promptly identify and communicate any abnormal field failures.

Prepare reports and documentation of service station trips and training, including product photos and physical samples.

Ensure BURN-approved standard operating procedures are properly implemented.

Liaise with the Repair Service Coordinator to ensure service stations and all related repair processes meet expected standards.
Skills and Experience

A degree in a business-related discipline.

A track record of 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.

Proficiency in the utilization of the Microsoft Office suite.

Demonstrated self-motivation and a strong aptitude for collaborative teamwork.

Exceptional attention to detail and exemplary organizational capabilities.

Proficiency in effective communication, both written and verbal, in both English and French.

Knowledge of inventory management practices.
