Job Description:
Elite Zambia is looking for a Waste Management Specialist to oversee and improve waste management practices. This role involves developing waste reduction strategies, managing waste processing operations, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement waste management programs.
• Monitor and optimize waste processing operations.
• Ensure compliance with local and national waste management regulations.
• Conduct waste audits and develop reduction strategies.
• Educate and train staff and community on waste management practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Waste Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of waste management regulations and technologies.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills.

Education:

Experience:
