Job Description:
Elite Zambia is looking for a Waste Management Specialist to oversee and improve waste management practices. This role involves developing waste reduction strategies, managing waste processing operations, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement waste management programs.

Monitor and optimize waste processing operations.

Ensure compliance with local and national waste management regulations.

Conduct waste audits and develop reduction strategies.

Educate and train staff and community on waste management practices.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Waste Management, or a related field.

Knowledge of waste management regulations and technologies.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
