Zambia Jobs is seeking a skilled Welder to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding various metals and materials, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weld various types of metals and materials according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand welding requirements.
• Inspect welded materials and structures to ensure quality and safety.
• Perform maintenance on welding equipment and tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and safety procedures.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Good attention to detail and quality assurance skills.

Education:

• Certificate or diploma in Welding, Metal Fabrication, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick welding).
• Ability to work with different metals and materials.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience as a welder, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
