Position Overview:
We are looking for a qualified Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal structures and components for various construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of welding techniques and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Welding: Perform various types of welding (MIG, TIG, stick) on metal components and structures according to specifications.
Fabrication: Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts to create structures and equipment as required.
Inspection: Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications and safety standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with other trades and project teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and inspections completed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a welder in a construction or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and safety practices.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
