Logos Industries, a specialist in solar products and solutions, is a 21-year old company with operations in Zambia, Mozambique, eSwatini and South Africa. We are a dynamic business with a professional and caring approach to customer service and an unwavering commitment to integrity in all our dealings.

Our Zambia operation is expanding rapidly and we are looking for a high-quality individual to take on the responsibility of growing and servicing our network of installers and resellers in Zambia.

The ideal candidate is fully conversant in major solar components being inverters, batteries and PV modules and related accessories. Strong communication skills, a good technical aptitude, a self-driven hunger for learning and a passion for achieving targets are key to success.

Responsibilities will include:

• Setting and meeting of revenue and profit targets
• Growing our database of resellers, installers & corporate clients
• Price negotiations and margin management
• Development of sales and marketing campaigns
• Arranging online and in-person training seminars for installers and resellers
• Liaising with suppliers in terms of forecasting and product requirements
• Providing after-sales support and issuing of quotations.

Computer literacy and a driver’s license are essential.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and previous exposure to the relevant market. An attractive commission incentive is also available. Preference will be given to applicants which are already in Zambia.
