Job Overview: We are seeking dynamic and results-drivenWorkshop Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring timely and high-quality vehicle servicing and repairs

Supervise workshop staff including mechanics, technicians, and support personnel.

Ensure all jobs are executed according to technical standards and company policies.

Monitor job cards, workflow, and productivity to optimize efficiency.

Coordinate with the parts department to ensure the availability of spare parts for repairs.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and customer interactions.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

Report on workshop performance, budgets, and KPIs to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years experience in workshop management, preferably in commercial vehicle servicing.

Proven leadership and people management skills.

Strong knowledge of truck/bus mechanical systems, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workshop management systems.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver’s license.
